Donny Bliss
Donny Bliss received a Master of Arts in medical and biological illustration from the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine. He worked in education research at Johns Hopkins and directed computer animation and interactive products for Merck, Pfizer, and other companies in the pharmaceutical industry. At the National Institutes of Health, he has worked with multiple institutes developing cellular visualizations for the National Cancer Institute, creating VR environments for the National Institute of Nursing Research, animations for the National Library of Medicine, and currently develops presentations and blog for the NIH director. His work has been honored with awards from the Association of Medical Illustrators, the National Science Foundation, and the NIH.
